Return and Refund Policy

1. Return Timeframe

  • Original Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging with all brand tags, labels, and hygiene seals fully intact.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt, order number, or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Intimate apparel, innerwear, and socks

  • Grooming products or cosmetics

  • Gift cards

  • Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at the time of purchase

4. Damaged or Defective Products

We meticulously inspect every item before it leaves our facility. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us immediately.

  • You must report the issue to us within [48-72] hours of receiving the delivery.

  • Please email us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup and issue a swift replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchange Options

If you need a different size or color of the same item, we are happy to process an exchange. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit instead.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Incorrect Items: We will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • Change of Mind/Size Issues: A nominal reverse shipping fee of [Rs. 100 / CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY] will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover logistics costs.

7. Refund Process and Timing

Once your returned item is received at our warehouse, our quality check team will inspect it within [48-72] hours.

  • Processing: If approved, your refund will be initiated immediately.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your bank account or UPI details to transfer the refund.
