1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are meticulously checked, packed, and dispatched within [24 to 48 hours] of receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

  • If you place an order on a Sunday or a holiday, it will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Timeframes

We partner with top-tier courier services to ensure your package arrives safely. Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within [3 to 7 business days].

  • Express Shipping (If available): Typically arrives within [ 1 to 3 business days].

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Shipping Costs

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden surprises at checkout:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, an additional handling fee of [ Rs. 50] is applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

The moment your order leaves our fulfillment center, we will send you a shipping confirmation email and SMS. This message will contain your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal to update.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we strive for perfect, on-time deliveries, occasional delays caused by extreme weather, public holidays, or unforeseen courier issues can happen.

  • Missed Deliveries: Our delivery partners will typically make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If you miss the delivery, they will contact you to reschedule.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your tracking link shows as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please reach out to our support team within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue immediately.

6. International Shipping

Currently, [SULAV TRENDS] ships exclusively within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to expand our footprint in the future!
